Getting ready to do a c5 conversion and figuring out if stock or stockish rotors will withstand the dual pistons...

I tested out my LS1's at 145mph down to 50mph and warped them pretty good.

So instead of just getting new rotors... im thinking ill do another brake upgrade...

145 down to 50 MPH is going to be harsh on any stock rotor no? You probably have to get some serious brakes if you will be doing that often. I would go with the upgrade if I were you.

i rarely go up that fast... But If i do for some reason I want the brakes to be up to the challenge. The LS1 calipers gripped good but warped the rotors in the process.

There is no reason to be going that fast in the 1st place, then slamming on the brakes. Im not saying i have not gone up there, just dont do it often. You will either get killed, or arrested. For your question, some slotted rotors from jegs would work fine
