I never stated K&N filtered the best, I stated K&N when used correctly doesn't cause any problems. Re-read my statement.

Oil analysis would show any problems from the increased particle sizes in the form of significant wear. As far as the lab's concerned, my engines is well within normal operating conditions and show little to no wear.

Sorry Slade. I thought u were arguing that K&N's were the best for filtration. appologies. But ya if anyone has a car they're not trying to squeeze every ounce of HP out of, the napa paper filters are best. Good choice for a daily driver or a 4 banger.
