Difference Between 98 through 02 Camaros?

Hi,

I hope I get this in the right forum, but I've been looking for a post 97 4th generation Z28 or SS. It's a little tough for me to tell what the difference is between the cars. Was there anything significant that differed between the engine, body, or suspension between 1998 and 2002? I'd also be interested in interior differences, but not as much as performance.

Thanks, Z~

Thanks for the link. That is exactly what I was looking for and couldn't find...

I wonder how you can tell if you have an LS6 block?!

Thanks, Z~

No problem. To tell if it's an LS6 block or not, you have to check the casting number. I'm sure a quick search of the site will give you the numbers to look for and where to find them. If not, Google might or someone may chime in here before long with that info for you.
