Damn throttle cable
Hey Guys,
Does anybody know how to adjust the throttle cable on my 2000 SS six speed? AT idle there is slack in the cable. I know it should not put any pressure on the tb at idle, but this is too much slack. It is interferring with pedal input and throttle response.

Do you have a little (1x3 inch) cylinder clip that is inline with your throttle cable, about 2 feet back up from the TB? There is a tensioner coil inside for adjusting the cable. Don't know if 6-speeds have it.
