This has come on quite unexpectedly today. I have a '94 Z which runs really strong even with 116K on the ticker. This '98 has only 32K on it. He's had to replace the dash because the led odometer went bad, but that's it. He's put on a Borla exhaust and 4.10 gears (which I'll replace with the stock 3.42 to stay in autocross f-stock). The car has the 6-speed with the ripper shifter. I drove it last night and I'm 99% sure I'm going to move on it.

Are there any things I should be weary of with this year car?

Nope! Sounds like a nice car with relatively low miles. There is nothing special that you woudl look for on a 98 that you wouldn't look for on any other year F-body. Go for it and let the modding begin!
