I never really liked Pewter or Silver, I never really hated them, but they did absolutely nothing for me, just kinda blah. I like Black, Red, and NBM.

Yeah, on a 1st/2nd gen!!! (check out the '73 in my sig..........it's not done yet, but it's gonna be hugger orange w/white stripes ).

As per the question?? On an LS1 Z28??? Again............see sig below! Black baby!!! (although a close 2nd would be navy blue, and I did also look at a silver car before mine ).

 

Um...silver. That is a biased opinion but I think the sliver w/ black roof looks really, really good.
My second choice would probably be Hugger Orange, too bad they only offered it in '99 or I definitely would've considered it for my '02.

gold doesnt work for alot of people, also I would like to hear people's opinion on white cars. Personally I hate white ones. I would like to hear people's opinions on white cars. I am looking for non-biased opinions so people with white cars can tell me why they opted for white, but I really won't be using it in my survey since it is more likely than not biased information. And to anyone with a gold one, WHY?

Is there a difference between Hugger orange and sunset metallic orange. Ive never actually seen one in person only in pics and i dont see a difference. I also figure if your gonna get orange just go with red.

 

Pewter, but I am biased. Black looks great on anything, but especially on a Camaro. Red and White were the others that I considered. I wish they had offered Yellow and Electron Blue. Actually better they didn't... it would have been too hard of a choice.

 

Blue would have been very nice, i really wanted a red one, but i got much better deal on my black one. However even though the electron blue would have been a very nice color to look at, i dont think i would like to be correlated with a blue car. I think sticking to the basics works best. Red, Black, Silver, or dark Green.

PEWTER, because no one else got it. GM has really come up with a great color. It's one of those things you can't really describe, therefore making it perfect, IMO. Although any F-Body looks great no matter what, can't beat those lines.

 

There's only one guy who has come close yet!

SOM has a lot of red and metalic flake in it. But it's not red. I hate red cars. My SOM SS is a vibrant orange in the early morning sunlight, kind of a mild orange in mid-day and a burnt orange color in twilight. It has different personalities as the day goes on. It is BY FAR the best color for an SS. It's flashy yet refined and tasteful. Yellow would be good too because of the flashiness but it looses it's tastefullness and becomes too boastful.

But I suppose that if you don't want to go all out you can just have the Black, Blue, or Pewter.
