We have 'em in TX, painted black up to the windows and white from there up.

 

Here in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex we've had 'em for years. Except NOW they're all white with the lights in the dashboard and no Z28 emblems. But they ain't foolin nobody.

 

We have some in Florida. One of the guys in the local troop here drove his Z28 into a field trying to catch some ricers!!! I was talking to some of the guys who drive the Z28's, and they said that Dodge is going to start making a police package that iwll feature a rear wheel drive Intrepid with a Hemi in it!!!

 

The state troopers in nebraska have dark navy metallic Z's. They kind of blend in with traffic too well.

 

The state police have LS1 camaro here in Indiana too. The windows are tinted dark and the flashing lights are concealed well. They are painted like regular camaros and there are no stickers on the doors or anything like that. Only way to tell it is a cop is by dual exhaust coming out the back with no Z28 emblems anywhere and of course when the bastard has the lights flashing in your rear view

They beat the crap out these cars too, its make me almost sick. i saw a cop drive into the grass median on a 4 lane highway at 60mph, slide side ways to the other lanes and hit the pavement with the tires smoking and the back end fish tailing.

my friend got in an acident and a FHP w/ a camaro came by to ask questions and i was looking at his car and he went ape shiet on my ***. "can i help you? back away from my car" and while i was backing away, the first thing i said to him was, "is it supercharged?" - one of my friends told me they were supercharged. anyways, he responded back to me with "what's that?" and he continued to look at me like if i had done something to his car. i was like "ehh, i love camaro's, thats why i was looking at it". then his attitude totally changed and he tried to look cool and goes "yeah...*leans against the car* it's pretty fast" and i go "it's automatic right?" his responce... and this is NO JOKE... "yeah, 6 speed automatic". i smiled hard trying not to laugh and i go "LT1 right?" and he goes "yep... LT1". hmm.... a 2002 LT1 6 speed automatic camaro... what a bad ***, LOL

ooo, and they're sneaky as hell too. they have the low profile lights so you'll never see them in traffic. everytime i see one though i always stop to look... cuz i wish that was me driving the FHP camaro... i'd do some nasty burn outs in them

i've seen an FHP camaro race against an 03 mustang and lose...
then the FHP pulled him over, LOL. it was a real race though... they were stopped at a light, revving their engines at eachother and when the light turned green, they took off.... the mustang pulled a car, and then went on the lights, LOL! now that was hilarious. i even have it on tape but i don't remember where i put the tape i showed it to everyone of my friends but i seem to have lost it, lol

 

LMAO at the "6 speed automatic." Nevada has some camaros, but I don't know how many. Most of them in vegas are impalas.

 

you should be laughing not only at the fact that he thinks he's driving a 6 speed automatic camaro, but that he think's he's driving a 6 speed automatic LT1 camaro, lol

 

There are about 1 or 2 in Santa Barbara County. I have driven past them a few times but when I do notice them, it is 65 mph Cruise Control On..

 

Conneticut has some LS1 Z28s also.

 

we got at least one of them in my town too.. looks exactly like that too.

there's a red undercover LT1 Camaro though that hangs around the highways around the gourge and the mountains... It has lights insie the grille in lights inside only.....

There's also at least one undercover black Ford Expedition, with the windows tinted... All the lights are inside it..

Then there's a few crown vics, that look 100% stock.. except cops drive em around and inboard lights...

I guess this is where my taxes go..............

 

Yea actualy GM in coming out with an Allison 6spd Auto in 2005...

As far as the CHP Camaro's my friend works at the shop that does the cages in them. I personally have only seen one in Sacramento and it was just like in the pic...They are around my area too though...We also have CHP Cobra's that are dark blue and unmarked for Street racing busts etc....
