To cat or not to cat.. that is the question
Well I am planning on putting my Longtubes and y-pipe on the SS but I am unsure what I should do. On the Z28 I ran race pipes and I got sick of the damn carbon and the high pitched sound of the exhaust. I looked into some random tech cats and the price is crazy. What would you do, go the cheap way and run the race pipes since I have them already or just spend the $600 for 2 cats. The new SS has 4 but I am sure I can pull off just using 2 and not messing the computer.

Also, no f-body has 4 cats. I'm not sure if that's what you meant with "The new SS has 4", but I'm assuming you meant 4 cats, which is untrue. It just has 2.
Personally I'd just go with the off-road pipe anyways.
