Well if you have the money go with Corsa but from what I have heard they are pretty loud but I do like their sound.

If you want to save some money then look into Magnaflow for their catback system, looks and sounds great..

Or you can go and either do a Dynomouth setup (not too loud at lower rpms but gets insanely loud at higher rpms) and buy what ever tips you like, or go and add a Magnaflow Muffler in place of the stock muffler and either run the stock tips or buy different tips...

I personally like the DM for the performance and sound but sometimes I wish I would have went with the whole Magnaflow setup since it is quieter, but I do love to be hear my car scream at times though.. It all depends on how what sound are you looking to get...

I put the Magnaflow on mine, looks great, sounds great, and was a good price, also easy to install. You can get for $350 shipped, which is alot cheaper then the Corsa I was looking at.

I picked up my LT1 Magnaflow for $280 shipped off Ebay...

Just got it installed and recorded and posted clips... If you want a before and after, check this thread...

It's an LT1, but it should give you an idea of the difference...

Corsa sounds great and looks great. Not too loud, but good at high rpm and WOT. Lots of $$$, but worth it to me, cuz i'm gonna buy one.

Another nod for Magnaflow. It will remind you whats under the hood when you start up. Gives a low loppy rumble when at idle and you can talk over it. Sounds like a muscle car at WOT, but not nasty or obnoxious. I''ve had it for nearly nine months. So I will assume the inner wire mesh is fully cooked. So, no loud developments down the road

Best bang for the buck exhaust would be the cutout exhaust.

Ditto Magnaflow- If you don't want it too loud and you want great flow (still sounds great at WOT).

I'll second that.

However, you need to drive it open all the time to get the best use out of it. It is sort of a hassle to open and close it all the time. Unless you get one of those electric ones.

If you want best of both worlds (fully open exhaust at the track, or when ever you want, and something a bit quieter for every day driving), then get a catback and a cutout, of course.

When ever it is time for me to get a catback (hopefully soon...), my choice is going to be Hooker. Inexpensive and sounds good. Sound is subjective issue, of course, but I do like it. Reminds me a bit of my old LT1 w/Flowmaster.

Later!

I am probably going with a Corsa myself, but what about a GMMG?
