ok...i'm bout to buy an SS...they are both wrecked...which one:

2002 white, 6spd, t-tops, SLP option, less damage (could be running within a month), tan leather

2002 sunburst orange, 6spd, t-tops, running in 3-6 months, black leather

just wondering ya'lls opinion, i would love the orange but i like hugger orange better and i COULD paint the white one but i wouldn't the sunburst...and i like black leather better than tan but i'll compromise on that part...thanks

 

It sounds to me like you really prefer the sunset orange metallic SS. My guess is that you can also buy it cheaper. You will have more labor but less money in it when it's finished. Also it is a rare color which is a plus.

 

Yup the SOM is nice!! Do you plan on fixing this on your own?? If so I would get what you really want because you will have a lot of time and $$ into it. They both look optioned close to the same so that should make the decision a little eaiser.....and yes the black leather is nice!! eaisy to keep clean, that was key for me because I work construction and I get pretty dirty at work, so the tan was out plus it just don't look right on SOM
