Can i run Hypertech without reset?

I just had my chip reflashed back to stock after my battery ran out during programming. I plugged the HPP in just to see if it would still work, it went through all of the vin checks and everything, than it said will continue programming since it ended at like 73% last time. Should I let it continue, even though i have a fully stock chip again, or is there a way to reset that, and start all over? Thanks.

I would contact Hypertech's tech line to find the true and correct answer. If you (or someone else) gueeses, you run the risk of paying for another reflash.

where's this chip thing your talking about? the pcm uses a flash memory prom that is soldered to the board, it's not a "chip". i'd just try to start over or contact hypertech and see what they suggest. i've contacted them a few times for vehicles at work and they have no problems with helping.
