Cam position sensor problem

Pack rats attacked my 2002 Z28. Now my cam position sensor signal is not getting to the ECM. Any idea where the wires are routed? What color they are? I can't get my hands behind the intake to "feel" for them. How big of a problem is it to remove the intake manifold? Where can one buy the "arm rippers" they use to hold the plastic molding to the top of the cowl? Wonder who's idea that was.

Any help would be wonderful.

No replies to my first post, let me try a different question. Anyone know where the small vacuum tube from the rear of the intake goes? I'm talking about the one coming out of the sensor looking thing right with the large hose going to the brake booster. I think the tube is the vacuum source for the AC and heater controls. The rats ate if off and I can't find the end.

Took the intake off this afternoon. Had the most problems with # 7 injector connector, and the large vacuum hose. Seems the guys at the factory decided to aim the clamp down. So the block was in the way of anything I tried to squeeze the clamp with.

If I can find out where the end of that tube is I can put it back together tomorrow.
