I have 1998 a4 LS1 with lid and catback and am thinking about a cam.

I am looking for improved power throughout the powerband, nothing huge maybe 350-380 rwhp.

I want it to be easy on springs not having to worry about breaking anything and also work good with stock converter and of coarse be good cost per hp.

I will get a tune from LS1 SPEED INC.

I think I like the hotcam but everyone seems the hate it for some reason?

My next guess would be tr 220/220 how would this be on springs and cost verse the hotcam.

I don't know that much about cams so if someone can chime in about what cam you think would fit my bill please do.
