when is the best time of year to race at cecil county dragway.. also what are the DA's normally at the best time of year.. I know it is considered a fast track

 

Best time of year for Cecil is late October to mid November. Pick a day with minimal cloud cover so the sun will keep the track warm and somewhat sticky. Find a weekend with morning temps in the 40s and pressure around 30.5 or higher. Before noon is best, as you get the coldest air. Remember, eariler is better for everything.

I've seen numerous days with density altitudes in the -1500 to -2000 range.
