I think many would suggest FLP LT's.
In any case most would say that long tubes are the way to go for the most gains.

I personally havent gotten that far in my research so I dont know yet for sure. I would suggest looking at all of the sites sponsors for LS1 Long Tube Headers and see what manufacturers you find and their cost along with tube diameter.

write it down on paper or on a spread sheet and you may just get your answer easier or at least perhaps pose a more direct question for people who own each...

just a thought though! good luck!

This debate goes round and round. If you want to be able to swap cats/converters immediately, go with the FLP's. They are a great set. I have them and my chief complaint is that they leak. The connections never fully seal and it drives me nuts! The SLP's do not leak at least the ones I have seen. Installation is about the same, SLP's are a little more difficult but not much. As far as flow and HP, good luck determining which is better.

If you decide on SLP's for whatever reason, I have a complete set of SLP's sitting in my garage. I'll sell them to you for 1200.00 plus shipping. Includes headers, cats, y-pipe and installation kit.

agreed...if you have to worry about inspections and such...go FLP. if not...go with the hookers. they are at a very good price directly from jet-hot and perform with the best of them.
