many people re-use the stock ones. assuming they're in semi-good condition still.

not an option, I just changed my plugs a couple weeks ago(arms still scratched up) and if i can change a $50 gaskets so be it

Why not an option? I reused the stock gaskets and bolts and its been about 3 years of daily driving since with out an issue. My arms didn't get scratched up last time I changed plugs either.

If you have to change it then get the soft metal gaskets.

I've helped do 3 different manufacturer header installs, each time we used new GM metal gaskets.

OEM MLS exhaust gaskets are reusable and reliable. Had mine apart 3 times and 2 different sets of heads and still no leaks.

I had some percy's gaskets when i did my longtubes...1 blew out the day after, the 2nd went a week later...Congrats on wasting money...Re-use, or get new OEM gaskets...
