Everytime I back up and turn the wheel either to the left or right if it turns all the way a belt starts squekin what is causing this it only does it when i back up though someone mentioned the tentioner pulley being to tight and they said the only way to fix this is to buy a new tentioner does this sound right or what can be causing this noise any suggestions?

Lightbulb I'd guess a tensiner pulley as well.

A bulletin about it here:

I had that squeking as well, however it did it all the time and not only when backing up.... I replaced the serpentine belt (AutoZone) only and the problem was gone... try it - if it doesn't help you can replace the tensioner and/or pulley later...the belt is only $15....
