bad noise.please help
my question is: my parking brakes make a squilling noise while driving.i replaced my rear pads thinking that would fix it.but no luck.where the parking brake goes into the rear brake area, the rubber boots are torn up.could that be the problem?what do i need to do.it sounds bad.

A stupid question, but why are you applying the parking brakes while driving? If you're not and they are still squealing then check out the adjustment on the cable.Good luck.
Kevin
PS
I don't think the little rubber boots have anything to do with the noise.
