Automatic Headlights....again

Is the best fix still to pop the dash, remove the sensor, and use a resistor? If so, what is the proper way to pop the dash up?

All you need is a small jumper made from a paper clip. I got to it by pulling off the trim that has the vents and goes around the radio. Then pull the radio and you can reach it that way.
