ASR light

I did some audio work, and unplugged the ASR and fog light switch. After i plugged them back in the fog light switch light came like normal, but the ASR light did not. ASR still works fine, but the light is out. Any suggestions on why the light went out, or how to get it to come back on?

Re: ASR light

Just happened to me to. I have my cut out wired to it before and it worked fine. I added xm radio and first wired it in with the cutout and asr. The switch was fine but the xm would reset every time i shut off the car so I re wired it again to the stereo deck. Anyway, I wired the cutout back to the switch just like before, but occasionally the asr light will not turn on. if i flick the switch itll sometimes come on but usually it goes on by itself. For that reason i just assume it's a lose wire somewhere so someday I'm going to have to re wire the damn thing again. Probaly what happened to you too. try taking off all the connectors you use with the switch and start over being very thorough.

Re: ASR light

I have done that...actually...i have worked on my audio before, and it would cut out. I found that if i took the cover off and put the top in first it wourld work good. now nothing. still open to suggestions.
