Anyone w/ Loudmouth get a rattle from the rear when it's cold?

The rattle I hear is towards the passenger rear somewhere. I tightened the bolts on the tips but it didn't fix it. The reason I think it's the exhaust is because I only get it when it's cold..

Anyone else?

I had the same problem with mine and it's starting to rattle again. I forget exactly where I tightened the bolts, I think it's behind the resonator but before the tailpipes, I kinda forget though. I tightened them and the noise went away but now it sounds like they're coming loose again.

After the exhaust has had some time to heat up and cool down a few times you should go around to ALL of the bolts that are assosciated with the new exhaust. Do this every now and then to be sure everything will stay tight while the pipes expand and contract a few times.

Check your heat shield. My SLP 2OTL exhaust was rubbing the shield when it would warm up. When it was cold it wouldn't make any noise. I know mine was the opposite of you but give it a try. Take some needlenose pliers and bend back the shield near the over the axle pipe, see if that helps.

My camaro lt-1 did the same thing, it was annoying as hell. I found out that one of the hangers was bent where it goes into the rubber bushing or whatever its called, anyway it went in on an angle and was touching the metal part that the rubber bushing sat in.
