Anyone with a remote start, please help me!!

Hey there
Has anyone installed a remote start on a 2000 or similar Camaro? How do you bypass the chip on the key. I have the Crimestopper CS-2015FM2 with the remote start, but how do I set this up with that resistor pellet in the key???

Please help me!!!

I have a remote starter installed on my car, but I paid to have it installed at a shop where they do them all the time. To bypass the chip in the key, they installed a VATS bypass (vehicle anti-theft system bypass --- that's what the guy called it anyway ). I've had ZERO problems with my remote starter, and I love having it!

I guess you should just talk to any shop (stereo / accessories / etc.) that installs remote starters and I'm sure they could provide you with the VATS bypass (whatever is required?).
