Just wondering if any of you guys are running amsoil i work at a yamaha dealership and we now carry the oil (we sell a ton of it) and the rep the other day stopped in and asked if i ran amsoil in my LS1 and i said i didnt.. apparently tests have proven the amsoil to be better than the mobil 1 full synthetic stuff that i have been running.. whats your guys opinion im considering switching especially since i can get it at cost

 

I used it.. performed before and after tests. .No difference power wise. I would say that if you can get it cheaper than Mobil 1 then go for it otherwise stick with the Mobil 1.
Their oil filters are usually cheaper than Mobil 1 filters and they perform decent.
