LoL on what you said about Auburn, but that is not true about Burns Only One Tire.. but it was funny what you said..

Well a Spool is great for when you are Racing at a track or strip but not for daily driving... That is like saying put a Detroit Locker in your rear end or even welding your spider gears to your axles.. Great for getting both wheels to spin but sucks when you have to turn a corner... Damn car will jerk and then you have other problems like breaking the ring and pinion...

detroit locker is fine for turning, just a bit noisey. the auburn units do have a tendency to wear out quick, but work well when new when using conventional fluid. as the the name posi-traction, it was just chevrolet's trademark for it's limited slip diff. the other gm companies have used various names like safe-t-track, anti-slip, etc. as i recall, only eaton is allowed to advertise with the posi-traction name for obvious reasons.
