aftermarket maf or not?

aftermarket maf or not?

sorry for so many questions please bare with me pros and cons of aftermarket maf, should i get slp one or is there another that give more hp? do i have to do any tuning to gain any hp with this mod?

Not......your money will be best spent elsewhere.....gains are minimal if any.

I second that, some people get the granetelli (sp?) maf to lean them back out after a long tube install. But its not worth the money. HP gains are smal if any.

I wish I had dyno my car before the mods because with my lid, filter & MAF I was at 298 but it was 32 degrees that day also. but if you have a place that you can have your car dyno take it up their make a baseline pass let it sit for 5mins put it on and see what you pick up. I would think you have a lid by now also? If your not happy sent it back.
