Actual mileage increases with Fast Toys or Austin Ram Airs?

I'm looking into getting a Fast Toys Ram Air or a Super Sucker (Austin) Ram Air.

They both claim a slight mileage increase with this, Fast Toys says up to 5-10%, IIRC.

I'm not doing the upgrade just for the mileage, but every little bit helps with gas prices what they are.

Has anyone tested thier mpg before and after and noticed an actual difference?

Thanks!

Doubt it.

It'll probably give you the same mileage as any other CAI or lid..... hundredths of a MPH at the most.

agreed....don't think it would ever be anything you could measure.

maybe if you clocked 25K miles without changing a SINGLE thing on the car. and then installed the SSRA/FTRA and NOTHING else...and clocked another 25K miles.

you may be able to see a SLIGHT increase.
