can i drive without it?

im doing it right now because the tensioner for that belt has a wicked squeak and i need a couple days to buy a new one....it wont hurt anything except your defroster wont blow cold air and obviously the A/C wont work....it won't hurt anything....

i took it out a few months ago and nothing wrong has happened so far

cut the belt after work and the damn squeak is gone. i shoulda did that months ago!!!!!!!!!

Would there be any measurable amount of power free'd up by removing the A/C belt? I wondered if it would help at all at the track!
