'99 Z28 having issues, Please help!!

Ok, so I have a '99 Z28 A4, running a 3200 stall, cam, long tubes, full exhaust yada yada...
Lately... my car has been a little flaky.... I will be driving around and when I start off from a dead stop or something a give it a little throttle the car feels like it has no power whatsoever. its like the rpms just kinda stick.. I give it more gas and it all of a sudden will just kinda wake up and then accelerate normal....Basically when the car is at a low throttle it acts like I’m not giving it any and when I give it full throttle it runs perfect! A few extra facts to throw in this mess.... The car will go days and not act up. then one day it will do this all day..... ALSO on really rainy days it tends to do this VERY badly.....
I took the car into a tranny shop and the guy told me he couldn't find a single thing wrong.... It's kind of a pain in the *** because it's hit and miss. I hate taking it to a shop just to have them guess at it.....Do you guys have ANY advice or similar symptoms????

The car has 67xxx miles on it. and only started acting like this in the last few months......

your advice would be appreciated!!!!

i've had two intermittent no power problems.. one was a plug wire that had melted and was grounding out. another was my fuel injectors just deciding to flow badly off and on, depending on the temperature and only when the car was running sequential (oem).

have someone check out the duty cycle of your injectors. they may be flowing poorly.

thank you for the response! I will have to get that checked out! it's so weird how the car just does it off and on.... I'm glad I'm starting to find that it is not the transmission, I used to think that it was needing a rebuild!

Could be o2 sensors or MAF if you're having closed loop problems, but not open loop problems.

Also could be the tuning with the Diablosport and aftermarket cam ---- terrible idea...

Could be the bigger converter paired with the cam you're experiencing.

Also, Futral, to my knowledge has never ground (and never would grind) a 224/244 cam.

It sounds like you need a little more tip-in airflow in your tune. There is a table that adds airflow right when you hit the throttle.

ooo it does sound like an a/f problem if its only doing it in closed loop and you have crap tuning. did it start happening somewhat recently after the cam upgrade? My car did the SAME THING when I put in the F-13 on a stock ls1. The injectors were running too high duty and rich, the factory tuning trying its best to adjust. I would be driving fine for about 3-5 minutes, sometimes longer, depending on how long it took to heat up and all of a sudden throttle response dropped to nothing, it ran rough, misfired, and had no power.
