99 vette airlid fit 99Z-28?

99 vette airlid fit 99Z-28?
Anyone know if the inide of the airlid on a 99 Vette is smooth or ridged like the Camaro's? MMS sells the Vette lid as an upgrade to the Camaro lid and I was wondering if it made a difference? Up in Canada I can get the Vette airlid cheaper than the aftermarket one's. If it fits and works that would be great.
