Question 90k Tune-Up and Maintenance

I have a 2001 Z28 with 90k miles on it.Yes, high mileage I know...

Anyway, I am not sure how well it was PM'ed in the past so I want to give it an all around tune-up. Besides changing the spark plugs, and changing the oil and filter, what else should be replaced or at least inspected? Also, feel free to suggest spark plug, oil, and filter types and brands...

dude what are ya doing disrespecting the other fbody owners with 90k on a 3 year old car...lol. j/k

if the car has been running good and strong i would suggest the oil change. the common oils are like mobil 1, royal purple. but i honestly use castrol gtx 10w-30. but if you have that many miles you might wanna look into the high mileage car oils. then i would definitely change out plugs. the best ones are the ngk tr55 if your car is naturally aspirated and ngk tr6 if your using nos or a blower. then plugs you can use the msd wires. if your car is an auto i would recommend a tranny flush and change out the tranny filter. i would also change the fuel filter. thats all i can think of

Add a PCV valve, air filter, and rear end service to this list and you've got it pretty well covered. .
