Hmm, I have read that my 98 engine shoulda came with those outside bolts, but, looking at my heads this morning shows something differant all together as the have the center style bolts. Is this possible from the factory is has someone been playing with the engine? Still has the PCV valve off of the manifold?

S***! Then I wondered why the *check engine* light was out!? Man, I hope there is not a cam in that thing, that would totally suck.

 

Searched around a little and found a post with this, can't verify it myself though.

241 is 00+ I believe. 890something or whatever is 99 models

 

Hmmm, thanks guys, me thinks this aint looing too good. Need to do a compression check and see what else is going on.
