on a h/c setup...yeah...its worth something...

don't expect anything huge.

usually people say they are not worth it due to the HIGH cost and small gains. you'll see most of the similar gains with a ported stocker.

but if you can get it cheap

Besides that it is larger than your intake port?

IMO sell the bish for a proffit and use the cash to buy a ported stocker and other stuff.

Not to pick on you but you don't have Z06 heads, they're LS6 heads. Z06 is the performance package for the Corvette that has the LS6 engine.
Also saying they're aluminum is redundant since all LS heads are Al.

something that big is mainly only good for a full on drag car its unnecessary for a street car

Doesn't have to be a "drag car" to warrant a larger throttle body. Any car with a built motor could maybe need it as a complimentary part of their combination.

A bigger or ported TB is needed when doing a cam swap or anything past that.

PCM reset:
You turn the key on without starting the car, pop the hood and get in the underhood fuse panel, pull the PCM batt and PCM ign fuses, wait about ten minutes, reach in and turn the key off, then reinsert the fuses.

Idle relearn:
Now start the car and let it idle for ten minutes then turn the airconditioner on max and let it idle for ten more minutes.

This will have no effect on your tune at all.
