6.2 Litre?
I bought a 6.2L short block out of a 2006 Cadillac with intentions of putting it in my 2000 GMC Sierra. Will my 4L60E tranny work. What other issues will I run in to?

It's a bolt in swap except for the cam position sensor and knock sensor wiring.
What heads are you going to use?
The 4l60e will work but depending upon how you drive it won't last.

USE THE HEADS ON THAT MOTOR, the L92 is a bad dude!

I actually do have one of the heads. It dropped a valve and the dealer kept the other head. I plan to just but one head. Will my 5.3 intake work?

Nope. You'll need a L92 specific intake because it has square intake ports where as the 5.3 has a cathedral port.

I beleive the LS7 intake works and GMPP sels it complete with injectors and fuel rails for around $500
