So I have the 3'' SLP Two On The Left exhaust left over from my GTA.

Will this system work on my Z? What needs to be cut(if anything)

Anyone ever done something like this? Is it a real bitch?

I believe the pipe routing is the same but i'm not shure if the pipe diameter is the same. I sold my WS6 muffler to a guy on here who had an '89 Iroc and I believe it went on very well, I think the hangers are in the same location also.

 

Hmmm...I thought the I pipe would have to be cut since the Ypipe on the 4thgen is longer than one on a thirdgen.

Can anyone verify that? Thanks!

I wouldn't see any problem with it.
I know my brother installed my 95 Z/28s stock exhaust on a 90 RS convertible with no difficulties so I can't see why you couldn't work the other way without too much problems.
