Does anyone know the performance specs on the SS with the 345 HP SLP options? Mines only got 150 miles on the clock so it hasn't seen the track YET. Just wondering what kinda performance I'm looking at... 0-60, 1/4 ET and MPH?

The answers to what you are asking are somewhat subjective, because several factors play into your 0-60 times, and especially your 1/4 ET. When running the 1/4, track conditions, tires, and weather (temperature & humidity) play a decisive role. I think you're looking at an average of 5.2 or 5.3 in your 0-60. Of course, this depends on tires and how well you hook. With the stock Goodyear F1 tires, you may only land around a 5.5.
When running the 1/4, you're going to run a slightly slower ET on a hott and humid day, than you would on a day that is slightly cooler. But putting all that aside, and assuming perfect conditions, a stock 345hp SS will easily run in the 13's, and you could probably pull off an average of 13.4(on street tires)as long as you have a decent 60' time...you have an M6, so you will see a little inconsistency at the track the first few times you're there. Times will naturally get better with practice.
