2002 LS1 Has A Slight Miss

The miss occurs at about 1500-1600 RPM, with light to moderate throttle. I've noticed that the idle is a bit rough, too. It's a 2002 with the 6-speed and about 33,000 miles. Yah, it's still under warranty, but . . . I'd like to know if anyone else has the problem. I noticed it from day/mile one, and it's not getting any better!

I would take your car to your nearest autozone, they have an obd 2 scanner and will scan for codes for free. Sounds like your plug wires 1 or however many may need replacing, I had to replace a wire the first month. Lots of folks say the stock wires are fine, but I believe they are prone to burning on occasion and subsequently missing under load(takeoff)the heaviest spark demand time.
