2000 Z28 start and stall and restart after 3 minutes
It is a flood car and was fixed (bent rod and 4 rusted intake
valves) , when it stalls fuel guage goes to emty ,
engine will run for about 10 seconds then we have to wait 3
minutes,
have checked whith Tech-2 and there was no PCM or BCM codes.
here are some photos :

I'd suspect an electrical problem with the fuel system. Perhaps a ground to the pump that has a bad connection, heats up and shorts out. Since your fuel guage goes to empty that leads me to this conclusion. Either a power lead or a ground to the fuel pump.
If you're not getting ANY response from the PCM it may be the PCM itself or a power/ground issue related to the PCM. Does everything die? You should see oil pressure while the engine is being cranked by the starter. Does the guage show any? If not, and all your guages are pretty much at zero, it isn't isolated to the fuel system and I would skip the fuel pump recomendation from earlier. The ignition/PCM/or just electrical system in general is shutting down.
Electrical problems are the worst! Take the time to test, test, test. Don't start throwing parts at the problem. Eventually you will find one component that effects all the systems that are being shut off when the car stalls. When you find that one component, try to test it as best as possible. Your test should fail just after the car shuts off but pass after 10 minutes (when the car will restart). Then you'll know where to start. Then you'll need to test the power/signals coming into that part and not just what's coming out. Because it could still have a problem with electrical signals / supply upstream of that component. Keep moving upstream until you find the component that passes test even while the car shuts down. Then back track to the part you just tested. Test it again to be sure it passes and fails after a minute. Then replace that part.
Good luck to you. I hate electrical problems with the white hot intensity of a thousand suns! But that's one of the risks of having a flood damaged car especially.

Thanks again,
there is something i didn't mention which is that there is no oil
presure because the sensor is not hooked up and i know it
turns on the fuel pump, could this cause a problem?
may be there is an after market alarm system?

problem solved
It turned out that oil presure sensor was the cause of that
stalling,
wanted to tell you all so that you know, may be it is a safety
gurad so that you don't damage your in the event of no oil
presure.
Thanks.
