2-3 hard shift

Does anyone else have trouble speed shifting from 2nd to third? I have to shift really slow when I'm at the track or I end up in between (grind, grind) or in 5th. Is this operator error or bad Hurst?

Sounds like a worn out syncro. the 2-3 syncro does take the most abuse overall, in most cases.
