02' Z28 priceing

02' Z28 priceing

yesterday I went to the dealership and they had a new 02' z28, it was a black convertable. they wanted 30,000 something for it... isn't that price kinda high?

I would venture to say that they can ask more for it if they wanted..

30k seems a little higher than MSRP but not much higher. A 'vert Z28 is going to run you at least $28k with your basic options and a fully loaded one (1SD, chrome rims, ASR, GS-Cs...) will probably push $30k, maybe a little more. Also, as cabbage stated, the car isn't being made anymore so the folks that still want one only have so many to choose from and may be forced to pay a little more than they would've 5-6 months ago.

when I went shopping for a Z28 i didn't see any convertible under $29000 MSRP. Most were in the $30,000-$36,000. With the highest prices they reserved for their 35th ann red ss's.
