Ok guys. Heres my story, I just traded in my 99 f350 for a 2001 ss. I kept my lt1 and just got the ls1. Never really read much on the ls1. Anyway, my step dad has a 2000 corvette. I just put on the borla stinger catback and I love the sound. Its not very raspy, real deep and soudns amazin at wot. Is there any catback that can get my ss to sound similiar to this. I was thinking b&b, corsa, or gmmg. Please give me your opinions. I would like a sound similar to the vette.. Any help on a good catback would be appreciated.. thanks again guys

You can't lose with GMMG if you're willing to spend that kind of money. Otherwise, the MagnaFlow catback is pretty damn amazing for the price. Got mine for about $450. Here's a video clip of my car w/the MagnaFlow catback on stock manifolds and y-pipe:

My uncle has the Borla on his 98 C5, and it's a lot louder all around. But he prefers the sound of my MagnaFlow. *shrug*

I really like the magnaflow, but one of my good friends has it on his 98 so id rather get something different because of that. my 95 has borla I like that but i just need something different. thats y I thought of b&b, corsa, or gmmg. Id like to hear some soundclips on the 3 or some opinions on the 3 to see which i prefer. thanks again.

If you can afford it, without question...get the GMMG. I've heard it's not the best flowing, but it definitely has the best sound of ANY LS1 catback.
