Yesterday while driving my HVAC system all the sudden quit working. It still blows but only from the top vent going to the window. Anybody have an idea what this might be? Maybe point me in the right direction.

Your loosing vacume to the system, the defroster vent is the default setting incase this was to happen in the winter so you'd still be able to see. Check the lines running into the system or mabye the vacume resivior.
