Wipers not Parking

Time for a new motor, or something else?

I'd check the fuse first if your wipers aren't "parking".

They come on and work just fine, but 9 times out of 10 they will not go all the way down when I turn them off.

Oh, I thought that was a typo. I think there is a way to adjust them, not too familar with the wipers though.

There is a circuit board that is attached to the wiper motor that is usually the problem when they don't park..
Not sure if you can buy it seperately or not..
I picked up a used wiper motor[with the control board attached] when mine did that ..been OK now for over a year..

I found a motor off here from $25 so Im just replacing the whole thing.
