Yeah, let's see:
- way too much $$$
- 000 kms/miles

- 2002 Z28
- LS1
- auto, since converted to 6-speed!

- black w/T-tops
- ground effects ("RS" sports appearance package)
Basically, I was handed a roll of duct tape, told to bend over, tape my wrists to my ankles, and hang on
.But that's ok ... ~4-1/2 years later, I still love my car!!
$2500 back in 2004
104k LT1 M6
t-tops
Looked like this when I bought it

About 12k, a new quarter panel, paint, and 2 years later it looks like this with mods in sig

I had to have an M6 t-op car witch were impossible to find for good prices. My answer was to build one.

$500
1994 Camaro
V6
Auto
285,000 miles
hardtop
cloth
power everything
original paint never wrecked
It barely ran and had a rust hole in a quarter.
I spent $1000 on parts and paint supplies and did a restoration on it.
When it left my garage it looked and ran like a new car.
I sold it for $3000 to a family member that was just turning 16 and needed a first car.
complete tune up: belt, battery, plugs, wires
rebuilt EGR valve
rebuilt throttle body
new cat
new motor mounts
repainted the nose
repainted a quarter panel
replaced drivers side window
replaced the rims w/a set of like-new used ones
removed most of the interior, shampoo'd detailed and reassembled
and a bunch more.

-LT1
-Ebony Black
-Hard Top
-Gray Cloth Interior, not much wear, stained carpet (Removed Stain the second day I had it)
-Aftermarket headunit. K&N stock replacement air filter. Bone stock otherwise.
Ive changed up this car for the better in my opinion since I've owned it. Sure was a great deal at the time, and it still runs real well.

$200
202,000 and change on the odometer
1995 coupe, so says the RPO decoder.
Bought at the end 2005 in exchange for a POS 1980 MGB Roadster
3.4L v6 with slushbox
Fire engine red with cracked driver side front fender. Looks darn good for allegedly making a run through a barbed wire fence.
Hard top
Grey interior....needs a headliner and some patch-up work.
Base freaking model. No extras.
Should have been my LT1 swap project, but after 2-3 hours on changing 8 plugs on the Ranger, I thought 6 hours by the book on an LT1 was too much to deal with, so DIS and v6 it will be--especially after winning a 3.4L drivetrain off Ebay for $50.
As consolation, I'm buying a coworker's 95 maroon T-topper (same 3.4L drivetrain) in a few months. That will be the new toy.
