While cranking, how much coolant/fuel is circulated?

While cranking, how much coolant/fuel is circulated?
I have a bunch of coolant lines disconnected and I need to tests my injectors... if I unhook the fuel pump and coil and let the engine crank, how much coolant will spray out?
