wheel rub?
Hey, im getting a strange sound/feeling when i cut the wheel all the way. id DOES NOT appear to be rubbing on anything. but it feels like the wheel is getting caught up, or slipping...any ideas?

Power steering belt? Does it happen when you turn both ways?

happens both ways...but mainly in reverse...i think it is rubbing a little inside the wheel well...but not sure...just started happening after i rotated tires...

They are not rubbing then. Unless something it damaged and out of position.
