What's the average milage, before you replace your value train comp.

Some of you already know I have a blown head gasket or possible cracked head. I have 74k on the rebuilt engine. I have Crane/Mallory comps. Unless something is bent, I don't think I should replace anything. My main question is about the springs. They are dual racing springs, should they be repalced at this milage. The first 40k I drove the car, like it couldn't break, the rest of the time, normal Camaro driving. Also, should I replace any other components, even if they look fine? If the heads are cracked, can I put my comp. on the new stock heads with that milage? Thanks for your advise.
