up in the trans tunnel?

i see the bolts coming through for the rear seat belts. but how do you attach a muffler hanger to it? the little backing plate doesn't come off.

what the heck do i hang the duals on???

We punched holes in the rear of the back seat pans, its low enough you will never see the bolts inside the car.

 

yeah...i talked to a buddy with duals. he did the same thing.

drilled a hole in the driveshaft tunnel, and bolted it in under the rear seats.

didn't even think of that, but makes obvious sense.

 

The pans go way lower than the seats anyways. I have seen some people weld/bolt to the rear seatbelt brackets. Seemed too far and too much trouble.
