What do I do now?! stall wall!

So I ordered a PCM from madtuner to correct my stall wall issues and he sent me a PCM IDENTICAL to the one I already got from him already installed on the car. I AM IN NO WAY SAYING ANYTHING DEROGATORY ABOUT HIM, I just want to know what am I supposed to do!?

Everybody says you need a tune for a stall, and the guy who does tunes tells me you don't tune for them?!

Either way I have stall wall issues and my car doesn't shift when I need it to. I need to fix this!!!!!!!

What am I supposed to do!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!

I would say you need to talk to Ion or search the programming forum for the answer.

I Emailed ion and he said that obd2 cars don't have stall wall issues, but everyone has told me that the 4l60Es need a tune to run a stall correctly. So...!?!? He also told me that the TC was either installed incorrectly or my trans is slipping.

Yeah, I didn't notice you had a 1997. Typically, they don't have stall wall issues, as Ion said.

Typically meaning that it CAN happen or typically that it WON'T happen unless there is another issue?
