Go to EBay.
Search for 97 camaro. There is a seller on there with the name "Perrypam". They sell mostly parts for older model camaros, but they also sell brand new power antennas.
i bought one a few weeks ago, but dont have a flippn clue how to hook it up, since im switching from a non power antenna, and there isnt any stock wiring.
The Antennas sell for 89.95. For brand new, its a steal....
Check it out, and let me know if you have a clue how to hook the thing up....

You can get a universal power antenna from best buy, in the installation bay, i think they are around 50-60 dollars and you need a power, ground and remote turn on, your antenna cable should match up so you will not need to run a new one.. for the remote turn on you could use the blue/ white wire on your aftermarket radio . or find a fuse in the fuse box and tap into that for the remote..

and most power antennas you would find in a junk yard should work just fine as long as you get the proper mounting equipment

Could you get any small(<8") antennas or power antennas from any vehicle that will just fit in the stock location? I only use the cd player so I don't even care if it's functional.

Lightbulb Re: What cars can I get a power antenna from?

I just want to put a power antenna in my car so I can put a car cover
Over it.
Every time I put a hole in the cover it's in the wrong place.
And it makes it a pain in the but to put it on.
So a power antenna would make my life easer.
And the slavage yard by me gives me great deal's on parts.
I would probably pay 10-15 bucks for one.
Maybe I can take one out of a cadillac?
Thanks,

Chris G.
