Looks like the cruise control cable. The cruise control box is on the driver side subframe. The cable starts there, goes up the inner edge of the driver side fender, wraps around near rhe firewall, and runs forward along with the accel pedal cable. They both attach to the quadrant of the throttle body, If your car has traction control, the cruise control cable attaches to the servo on top of the driver side valve cover.
